Room services<\/span><\/p>

Linen change<\/span> – In the rooms, bed linen is changed at least twice a week. Upon request – at an additional cost – we will change it several times. Please contact the Reception upon request.<\/p>

Baby bed<\/span> – Its available free of charge at reception.<\/p>

Shoe care<\/span> – You will find the shoe care device of our hotel at the Reception, which can be used free of charge by our guests. Ask our staff for help in using it!<\/p>

Luggage storage<\/span> – Your luggage will be stored free of charge after your stay and check-out. Contact our reception to request luggage storage.<\/p>

Parcel delivery – <\/span>In addition to our transfer service, we can also transport your luggage in the hotel vehicle. The price of the luggage transfer will be calculated individually depending on the distance.<\/p>

Smoking<\/span> – Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel building and adjacent areas, except in designated areas. In case of violation of the rule, the penalty is HUF 50 thousand. Please contact the Reception for more information.<\/p>

Lunch<\/span> – Lunch is served every day between 12 and 14 pm in the restaurant on the ground floor.<\/p>

Wake-up service<\/span> – You can request a wake-up call at reception.<\/p>

Photocopying<\/span> – Contact our Hotel Reception for our photocopying service.<\/p>

Heating<\/span> – The temperature control is set centrally and you can control the desired temperature using the thermostat on the radiator<\/p>

Hair dryer<\/span> – Our guests can request a hair dryer from our colleagues at the reception.<\/p>

Internet<\/span> – Free WI-Fi is available for our guests throughout the hotel. Wifi password: zkforras<\/p>

Maintenance<\/span> – Please inform the Reception if any equipment in your room is out of order or in need of repair.<\/p>

Late check-out<\/span> – Would you like to stay in your room on the day of your departure? It is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Please ask at reception for details.<\/p>

Check -out<\/span> – Room is available until 10:00 on the day of departure. Extensions are available for a fee, depending on the occupancy of our hotel. Please contact reception for details.<\/p>

Air conditioning<\/span> – You can turn the unit on and off and turn it off using the remote control \/ wall control unit in the room. It\u2019s available in our Classic and superior category rooms<\/p>

Timetables<\/span> – You can ask at reception for information on public transport timetables.<\/p>

Daily cleaning<\/span> – During the daily cleaning, our staff cleans, mops, fills the paper and hygiene dispensers and takes out the rubbish from the room.<\/p>

Public phone<\/span> – Ask for our public phone service at our hotel reception.<\/p>

Extra blanket \/ pillow<\/span> – In addition to the equipment of the room, we provide an extra blanket and pillow for our guests free of charge upon request. Please contact our Hotel Reception upon request.<\/p>

Breakfast<\/span> – Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 09:30 in the restaurant on the ground floor. If you wish to have breakfast in your room, please contact the reception no later than 18:00 the day before.<\/p>

Sport equipment<\/span> – You can request the following sports equipment free of charge at our hotel: badminton racket, ping-pong racket. Please contact the Reception.<\/p>

Chair in the bathroom<\/span> – On request, we can provide a chair in your bathroom free of charge. Please contact our Reception<\/p>

Room service<\/span> – Contact our room service daily between 6 am and 10 pm. Our in-room drinks and meals are available in the information annex.<\/p>

Cleaning<\/span> – The hotel always cleans after the departure of the guests, unless there is an immediate need for cleaning, which should be reported to the reception immediately!<\/p>

Towel change<\/span> – Towels are changed in the rooms every three nights. Alternatively, we will replace it several times free of charge upon request. Please contact the Reception upon request.<\/p>

Transfer<\/span> – Request our transfer service at our Hotel Reception. Our hotel car can comfortably transport 5 people. Transfer charges are based on distance.<\/p>

Dinner<\/span> – Dinner is served daily from 6 pm to 8 pm in the restaurant on the ground floor.<\/p>

Sewing kit<\/span> – Sewing kits can be requested free of charge at our hotel Reception.<\/p>

Iron and ironing board<\/span> – Iron and ironing board are available free of charge on request. Please contact our Reception desk.<\/p>

Hygiene and sanitary products<\/span> – You can purchase various products at the reception desk of our hotel, at the following prices:

Umbrella<\/span> – You can buy an umbrella at the reception of our hotel for 4 000 Ft<\/p>

    • The hotel is non-smoking.<\/li>
    • It is forbidden to throw cigarette ash or matches into the rubbish bin.<\/li>
    • In the event of a fire or alarm, please bring your personal belongings and ID card and leave the building according to the escape plan on the room door.<\/li>
    • Please close the room windows before leaving.<\/li>
