Late summer vacation in Zalakaros!

• Our prices do not include the entrance to the neighboring Zalakaros spa!
  If you buy the spa ticket directly from us, you will be entitled to the following extra services in the bath

  • Unlimited entry and exit to the Zalakaros City Bath

  • You can enter the Zalakaros City Bath without queuing

  • Fees for Wellness and other services used in the Spa (Massage, sauna infusion, additional tickets, souvenirs) can be charged directly to the room account

  • Consumption in certain restaurants can be charged directly to the room account

The indoor pools of the Sauna World and the Spa and Thermal World can be used for an additional fee!

For the reservation 50% prepayment is required. You can make the prepayment by debit- or credit card or bank transfer. The reservation will only be considered valid in case of successful debit- or credit card transaction or prepayment made via bank transfer received by the deadline.

The hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival, until 10 am on the day of departure! Please inform us in advance of your arrival at a different time.
If necessary, we take care of luggage storage and carry luggage.
In the absence of prior notification, advance payment or bank card guarantee, the hotel rooms will be canceled without prior notification by the hotel in accordance with the payment and cancellation conditions.
Please note that apartment rooms can be booked for a minimum of 3 adults. If you want to request accommodation in apartment rooms with your children, the adult price will also be determined for children up to 3 people. We are only able to provide a child discount for more than 4 people when requesting apartment rooms.

Terms of payment:

50% of the total price of the package must be prepaid within 5 calendar days.

Payment for the last minute (within 3 days) will be made on arrival at the venue.

if your booking is current after 3 months, the deposit must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation policy:

We can accept the cancellation of the accommodation services without any penalty until 3rd days before arrival.
In case of a cancellation within 3 days or in case of no-show, 50% of the ordered accommodation services will be billed as penalty.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty.
