For the reservation 50% prepayment is required. You can make the prepayment by debit- or credit card or bank transfer. The reservation will only be considered valid in case of successful debit- or credit card transaction or prepayment made via bank transfer received by the deadline.

The hotel rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and 10 am on the day of departure. If you arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance!

In the absence of prior notice or advance payment or bank card guarantee, hotel rooms will be canceled without prior notice by the hotel in accordance with the payment and cancellation policy.

Please note that the minimum occupancy of the apartment rooms is 3 adults. If you want to request accommodation with your children, an adult price for children up to 3 people will be charged. Discounts for children are available only for 4 people when requesting apartment rooms.

Terms of payment:

50% of the total price of the package must be prepaid within 5 calendar days.

Payment for the last minute (within 3 days) will be made on arrival at the venue.

if your booking is current after 3 months, the deposit must be paid at least 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation policy:

We can accept the cancellation of the accommodation services without any penalty until 3 days before arrival.
In case of a cancellation within 3 days or in case of no-show, 50% of the ordered accommodation services will be billed as penalty.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or NO SHOW, 100% of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty.
